Andrea Tomlinson is the Business Manager for Employ Migrants NZ, a platform created to connect New Zealand employers with skilled international candidates who are ready and eager to contribute to Aotearoa’s workforce. With a strong background in supporting migrants, employers, and industry partners, Andrea is dedicated to supporting International Jobseekers find employers in New Zealand. She works closely with Immigration Advisors, Employers and Recruitment Consultants to enable a fair, transparent, and opportunity-driven pathways for migrant talent.

Passionate about closing skill gaps and helping newcomers build meaningful futures, Andrea has developed Employ Migrants NZ into a trusted hub where employers can confidently source visa-ready candidates, and migrants can showcase their skills to genuine employment opportunities across the country.

Known for her clear communication, practical problem-solving approach, and commitment to compliance, Andrea works with dedication advisors to ensure that every connection is ethical, timely, and aligned with New Zealand immigration requirements.
